Kevin spent nearly 30 years as a Managing Partner at Stop At Nothing. In 2022, he moved into a Stop At Nothing Affiliate role to allow more time for personal passions. Kevin enjoys helping clients transform their organizations, cultures and teams to reach the highest levels of success in a manner that fosters growth and peak performance. Kevin has a special passion for the executive advising aspects of his job that allow him to work as a trusted partner with executive teams.

Prior to joining Stop At Nothing, Kevin was a rising manager and leader at IBM. With a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Kevin has always been fascinated by “what makes things really work.” This curiosity led him to realize that the answer was almost always the people and not the computers!

Leaving IBM to pursue his life’s passion to help others grow has been a rewarding journey that continues to this day.

Growing up in Columbus, Ohio and later in Owensboro, KY, Kevin lived 21 years in Atlantic Beach, FL. In 2010, Kevin and the Haas family embarked on another adventure and relocated to Park City, UT, where they live currently and enjoy the skiing, hiking and mountain biking that the mountain lifestyle provides. Kevin and his wife, Andrea, are now deeply immersed in learning how to “let go” and be parents to three mostly grown children who don’t want to be told what to do anymore. They are looking forward to, and at the same time, dreading the empty nesting years that are upon them.
